Description
The Airveyor can handle cardboard, paper, file, laminates, light metal and similar materials.
The Airveyor can support workers for machine setup or maintenance, can change direction of material movement with no complicated or bulky mechanisms, and provides
unusually long-life without conveyor wear or special maintenance.
The conveyor itself is constructed from heavy steel plates overlapped slightly to allow air flow in the desired direction. No moving parts are used in the system, except for the
motor and fan required to supply air.
Airveyors are ideally suited for incorporation into complete trim handling systems utilizing ultimate disposal in the form of saleable baled scrap.
Ohio Blow Pipe designs provide a wide range of application flexibility. Low profile Airveyors are available in virtually any length-to-width ratio to fit beneath existing equipment, such as printer slotters. Much less floor space is required for fans and motors. Air volume and velocity controls can be adjusted in the field for different loads.
