Description
A high-speed rotating (air) flow is established within a cylindrical or conical container called a cyclone. Air and scrap pieces flow in a helical pattern, beginning at the top and ending at the bottom, before the scrap exits the cyclone through the bottom chute and the air flows back up through the center and out the top.
